Registration fee
It is strongly recommended that participants register at your earliest convenience to share the registration fee discount and to have a precise estimation of the number of participants.
Advanced registration and payment (before August 1st, 2010)
International participants: 650 USD
Students: 350 USD (student card will be checked when attending the symposium, please bring your student card with you, otherwise you have to pay back another 300 USD)
Standard/On-site registration and payment (later than August 1st, 2010)
International participants: 800 USD
Students: 450 USD (student card will be checked when attending the symposium, please bring your student card with you, otherwise you have to pay back another 400 USD)
How to pay the fee?
After registration (or after logging on the website with your account and password, click the “Registration information” on the upper right corner) you will find your information . At the bottom of the window you can find the following information:
“Congratulations! You have successfully registered your information! Would you like to pay for your registration fee now?”
Click Pay now button, a small new window will appear, in which you can select your payment items. For example, if you are a regular participant, please select the quantity of the “Registration fee (regular participants) (650$)” as 1 (the default number is 1) and change the quantity of “Registration fee (student participants) (350$) “ as 0, then click update. After the total number of payment is update, click upload cart, and wait for a couple of seconds. Then the website will link to a PayPal website for the payment, where you can find the procedure of payment with credit card. Thank you for your registration. You have finishied online regesitration. Please note that your registration will be complete only that you pay the registration fee.
