BioBAY is

Route 1: Take Shanghai-Nanjing Intercity Railway from the airport to Suzhou Yuan Qu Station (苏州工业园区站, Suzhou Industrial Park Station) or Suzhou Station (苏州站) (more trains to Suzhou Station). It takes about 30 mins and the fare is 57RMB/65 RMB for the first class and 36rmb/41 RMB for the second class. The trains depart from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport about every 30 min.

If you arrive at Suzhou Yuan Qu Station, take a taxi to Dushu Lake Hotel (独墅湖会议酒店). It takes about 20mins and cost 30RMB.

If you arrive at Suzhou Station, take a taxi to Dushu Lake Hotel (独墅湖会议酒店). It takes about 40mins and cost 60RMB

Route 2: Take the airport bus from the airport to Suzhou. It takes about 1.5 hours and the fare is 53 RMB. (The buses depart from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport at :10:00，11:10，11:40，12:10，12:40，13:10，13:40，14:10，14:40，15:10，15:50，16:30，17:10，17:50，18:30，19:10，19:50，20:30，21:00)
 When you arrive at Suzhou station, take a taxi to Dushu Lake Hotel. It takes about 45 RMB.

Route 3: Take a taxi from directly the airport to Suzhou Dushu Lake Hotel. It takes about 750 RMB, including the toll (160 RMB).

Route 1: Take the subway line 2 from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.
